Sent automatically to students following confirmation of matriculation in a welcome email sent to the contact email address specified to TIC-FGV.
The initial password is created by students themselves via the link stated in the same email.

Account name created automatically during matriculation.
The initial password is communicated by the Secretary’s Office during matriculation or emailed to the student.

Account created automatically during matriculation. It has the “Academic System Login” (12345) format. For IDE course students, the format is A12345.
The initial password is the student’s registered Brazilian ID number (RG) or Brazilian taxpayer number (CPF), without the respective punctuation marks.

The account itself never expires. However, it loses access to ICT resources as described below:
a) 90 days after the end of academic activities at FGV, students lose access to the FGV Students Wi-Fi network and FGV student printing solution (Papercut).
b) 180 days after the end of academic activities at FGV, students lose access to the FGV Digital Library resource (EZProxy).

The account may expire 180 days after the end of academic activities at FGV. If this happens, there are the following impacts:
a) Definitive loss of access to email mailboxes.
b) Definitive loss of access to data recorded in OneDrive.
c) Loss of right to use academic licenses for Microsoft products for free.

Access the library website of the location where the student matriculated, log in and choose “Other Services” and “Change Password.”

The “Office 365 alias email address” service was created to send and receive emails featuring each user’s own name (name.surname@fgv.edu.br).

Students will soon be able to use their alias email address as a login name to authenticate the ICT services supported by their FGV Access Account.

Authentication of students in the FGV Library System will soon take place using FGV Access Accounts.
