Students may use FGV’s Face-to-Face Support teams when they are at FGV’s sites in the cities of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia. The teams’ technicians are there to guide users, answer questions, meet requests and solve problems related to students’ use of ICT resources.

These teams are also responsible for keeping classroom and laboratory equipment running, ensuring that it and the programs installed on it are functioning correctly and properly.

These services are provided by the NAT-LEPI team in Sao Paulo, the NAT-NGSA team in Rio de Janeiro and at the following locations and times:
