To create or alter your password, follow the guidelines below:
- Follow up to three of these four rules for choosing your password:
- Include at least one lowercase letter;
- Include at least one uppercase letter;
- Include numbers (0 to 9);
- Include symbols, such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , . ? / ` ~ “ < > ( ) ;
- Minimum of 8 characters;
- You are not allowed to use parts of your name;
- You must alter your password every 180 days.
ATTENTION – For security reasons:
- A student’s account is locked after 10 unsuccessful sign-in attempts.
- The account remains locked for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, the account is automatically unlocked, returning to normal operation, although it will be locked again if more invalid passwords are inputted.
