To create or alter your password, follow the guidelines below:

• Follow up to three of these four rules for choosing your password:
  • Include at least one lowercase letter;
  • Include at least one uppercase letter;
  • Include numbers (0 to 9);
  • Include symbols, such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , . ? / ` ~ “ < > ( ) ;
• Minimum of 8 characters;
• You are not allowed to use parts of your name;
• You must alter your password every 180 days.

ATTENTION – For security reasons:

1. A student’s account is locked after 10 unsuccessful sign-in attempts.
2. The account remains locked for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, the account is automatically unlocked, returning to normal operation, although it will be locked again if more invalid passwords are inputted.
