You should try to access one of FGV’s ICT resources (the FGV Students Wi-Fi network, a laboratory computer, etc.) using your account and new password. If you are unable to do this, repeat the procedure for changing your password. If the problem persists, request support from LEPI (Sao Paulo), NGSA (Rio de Janeiro) or ICT Support (Brasilia).
